2. VPS Hosting Refunds
Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new VPS hosting orders. If you are not satisfied with your VPS service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of initial service activation
- Only applicable to first-time customers on their first VPS order
- Service must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Bandwidth usage must not exceed 10% of allocated monthly limit
Non-Refundable Items:
- Renewal payments for existing services
- Upgrades or add-on services
- Setup fees (if applicable)
- Domain registrations
- SSL certificates
- IP address allocations
3. Dedicated Server Refunds
Due to the custom nature of dedicated server deployments and hardware allocation, dedicated servers are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances vary, and we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions may be made if:
- We are unable to deliver the ordered hardware specifications
- The server experiences repeated hardware failures within the first 30 days
- We fail to meet our Service Level Agreement commitments
Dedicated Server Setup Fees: Setup fees for dedicated servers are non-refundable once the server provisioning process has begun.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Client Area
- Open a support ticket in the "Billing" department
- Include your order number and reason for the refund request
- Our billing team will review your request within 24-48 business hours

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear within 24-48 hours
- Bank Transfer: Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process
- Cryptocurrency: Refunds will be issued in USD equivalent via PayPal or bank transfer
We reserve the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees from refund amounts.
6. Service Cancellation
How to Cancel: You may cancel your services at any time through the Client Area or by submitting a support ticket. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Cancellation Types:
- Immediate Cancellation: Service is terminated immediately. No refund is provided for unused time.
- End of Billing Period: Service remains active until the end of your current paid period, then terminates automatically.
Data Retention: Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 7 days before permanent deletion. After this period, data recovery is not possible. We strongly recommend backing up your data before requesting cancellation.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact our billing department first. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
Chargebacks without prior contact: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of all services
- Account termination without refund
- Collection actions for any outstanding balances
- Reporting to fraud prevention databases
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with the payment processor.
8. Service Credits
In lieu of refunds, we may offer service credits at our discretion. Service credits:
- Are applied to your account balance
- Can be used for future invoices or service upgrades
- Are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Expire 12 months from the date of issuance
9. Promotional and Discounted Services
Services purchased with promotional pricing, coupons, or discounts may have different refund terms:
- Promotional services may have a shorter or no money-back guarantee period
- Refunds on discounted services will be based on the actual amount paid
- Free trial services are not eligible for refunds

10. Abuse and Fraud
